Learn how to be safe, calm, and confident in (deep) water as an adult swimmer.  During this 18-hour course (6 3-hour sessions), you will understand the mental barriers to being at ease and joyful in the water while learning the physical steps to move with comfort and ease in the water.

Each of the six sessions includes an on-land discussion to gain mental clarity of how the fundamental building blocks of swimming comes together to provide a learning system you can take beyond the pool.

Foundations 1 is Calm Within Adult Swim’s (Orca Swim School’s) signature course for all adult beginners to learn or relearn the steps needed to achieve any swim goal.

Foundations 1 Classes happen on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends depending on the location.
