Learning to swim is 80% mental and 20% physical. Other swim programs don’t provide success because they don’t address the mental aspect of learning – we do!

Successful swimming comes not from the correct execution of swim skills but from a strong foundation of understanding of how your body and the water work to make swimming happen. Safety and comfort are already within you, however, by changing your thoughts and beliefs about swimming, the water, and what you are capable of as an individual – you will learn that your mind is the driver of change.

Building that foundation is the mental work that comes before the physical class. The Foundations of Change Program starts at the very beginning of the learning process.
